For Lawful Permanent Residents (LPRs) with expired or expiring Green Cards

Required Documents

  • Form I-90 – Application to Replace Permanent Resident Card (Will be completed by us once all the documents are submitted to us)

  • Copy of your current/expired Green Card
    (Front and back scanned or photographed)

  • Government-issued ID (if your Green Card is lost or stolen)
    (Driver's license, passport, etc.)

  • Current Passport copies (front 2 and last 2 pages)
