India Regular Paper Visa

Regular paper Visa is granted by the local Indian mission within the US/Canada. One can only apply to the Consulate/Embassy/high Commission which is applicable to their respective jurisdiction. Regular Visa application requires original passport and all the physical forms to be mailed, only once the online filing is completed from our end. Copy of current passport (Bio Page only)
Copy of Driver’s License or Utility Bill (must be same as current mailing address)
Copy of any previous Indian Visa
Clear Scanned copy of recent passport size photo
Copy of Renunciation Certificate (Applicable to India born applicants only)

Letter from Employer- stating the purpose of the trip
Letter of Incorporation from Indian company

Additional Documents for ENTRY X Visa

Only applicable for people of Indian origin or accompanying family members of an employment Visa holder or Indian citizen parents

Proof of Indian origin (Self Indian passport or parent’s Indian passport copies)

Note: Pakistan born applicants may apply on their Pakistan passports only if it’s not renounced.

Step 1

Step 3

Pay either online or via Zelle or Venmo

Step 4

Visit the respective application center as per the appointment scheduled OR Mail out your physical passport and signed application forms as per the directions to be shared later once the online filing is completed.

Step 5

Receive your passport back with Visa via overnight mail.
