Note: We only need the copies of all the documents to begin the process

Current Passport (Bio Pages)
Driver’s License or Utility Bill (Must be same as current mailing address in the USA)
Bank Statement (last 3 months)
Employer letter/ job offer letter or any other proof of current employment
US Visa/Permanent Resident Card
Previous Canada Visa if any
Passport size photo (required at the time of biometric only)
Sponsor letter from Canada (only if applicable)

Parents passport copies
Parents Driver License
Birth Certificate

Follow the Step

Step 1

Click APPLY NOW and submit the service request form (separate form for each applicant)

Followed by sending all the documents (copies) via email to info@ultimatetravelandvisa.com

Step 2

Post verification of the documents make the payment via Online, Zelle or Venmo

Step 3

Visit the Visa application center for the biometrics appointment (as per the appointment booked by us)

Step 4

Submit your physical passport once the embassy approves your Visa, receive the passport back in mail or pick up in person from the application center (we will keep you updated on this as the file progresses)
