Notarized copies of documents to be attested
2 Passport size photos

Note: W-2,Visa, Green card, USA Tax document ,birth certificate, marriage certificate are NOT attested by the Consulate.

Additional Information (to be sent along with document copies):

Address and phone number in India
Indian address police station name and city
Emergency Contact person and phone number

Step 1

Email the documents to info@ultimatetravelandvidsa.com & Pay for the service

Step 2

Sign the completed forms (sent by us), and mail them back for further processing

Step 3

Receive your final document in mail directly from the Consulate/Embassy

Total fee including Service fee, Courier charges & Embassy fee: $475
